CONDITIONS:
Client
agrees to use the venue's, or
personal liability insurance coverage during the event for any liability claim
related to Ultimate Sound Satisfaction. Ultimate Sound Satisfaction shall
not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise of/from property,
or failure to services caused beyond its control “i.e. acts of god, fire, floods, break downs, equipment
failure etc.” (Backup equipment is available). A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned
checks. Any dispute related to
